Ideal Sugar & Spice Representatives are self-motivated, dynamic, and goal oriented individuals. They must have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. Most parties are held in the evenings and/or on the weekends, so Representatives must be available to work during these hours. Previous sales experience and/or professional job experience is preferred.

To maintain the integrity and image of Sugar & Spice, we expect Representatives to conduct themselves in a PROFESSIONAL manner while representing Sugar & Spice. Representatives are Independent Contractors, not Sugar & Spice Products, Inc. employees; therefore, each Representative is responsible for paying their own taxes (both income and sales). We fully explain all aspects of the expectations of a Sugar & Spice Representative during our comprehensive training program.
